Careers

As the NHS emerges from the most challenging period in its history, attention is now focused on delivering a sustainable recovery that combines the immediate priority of reducing backlogs with the longer term need for greater collaboration and integration between different parts of the health and care system.

Achieving these priorities requires passionate, talented people who can bring new ideas and new ways of working, whether that’s redesigning pathways for patients with diabetes, building new IT systems to capture hospital data, or running engagement campaigns to understand what services communities need.

What we do

At Arden & GEM, we work in partnership with other health and care organisations throughout England to design, develop and deliver better care for patients that improves health outcomes while making efficient use of resources.

Some of our largest departments include our IT, business intelligence and business support directorates but we also employ people with a range of clinical backgrounds such as pharmacists and nurse assessors. We work at different levels and in different locations, from processing national data on behalf of NHS England to reviewing medication for elderly patients on behalf of local GPs.

Regardless of function, specialism or location, we are all united in our commitment to improving health and wellbeing for everyone.
