Arden & GEM is always looking for skilled professionals with drive and enthusiasm to fill short and fixed term assignments.
We are currently looking for people to cover a wide range of roles including IT, business intelligence, finance, procurement, project management, engagement and communications, human resources and pharmacy.
There’s no need to enrol with an agency; you can sign up directly with the Arden & GEM Bank – our flexible resourcing service. When we have a suitable temporary opportunity that matches your qualifications and experience, and where necessary your professional credentials and registrations, we will contact you to discuss the opportunity further.
What opportunities are available?
We work with clients across England and, wherever possible, our people are currently working from home. In the future we envisage a hybrid model of working, utilising our office space in Beccles, Birmingham, Chester, Chesterfield, Derby, King’s Lynn, Lincoln, Mansfield, Northampton, Norwich and Warwick.
Your working hours could be full or part-time depending on the needs of the project, which could last from a few months up to three years.
What are the benefits of temporary and contracting work?
Joining our bank of temporary staff will give you the flexibility to fit work around other commitments, such as family, study or voluntary interests. And you will be able to use your skills and experience to help us deliver key projects for health and care systems.
You will usually be working as a member of a team and will always have the full support and resources you need to complete your assignment successfully.
Our pay rates are competitive and aligned to the NHS Agenda for Change pay scales to reflect the role’s responsibilities and the skills needed.
What qualifications will I need?
It will vary from post to post but you will need a strong background in your discipline and be quick to adapt and understand the key deliverables of the role. If you are working as a clinician or other professional, you will need to ensure that your professional registrations and credentials are up to date.
