When the Advancing Quality Alliance (AQuA) needed a new clinical measures data collection system to support its quality improvement programmes, Arden & GEM was chosen to deliver the project via a competitive procurement on the Lead Provider Framework.
NHS Arden & GEM CSU has been appointed to provide a range of commissioning support services on behalf of five Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) across Norfolk and Waveney.
The NHS Arden & GEM Commissioning Support Unit (CSU) clinical quality team devised and implemented a quality monitoring model to facilitate transparency and sharing between commissioners and providers. This has directly benefitted patients by increasing safety, improving care and improving satisfaction.
