1. Prepare
Ensure evidence is robustly analysed, identify areas for further inquiry and agree an effective project delivery plan.
2. Observe
Conduct Board, committee and operational meeting observations that are non-intrusive, capturing data on interactions, content, decision making and leadership behaviours.
3. Engage
Ensuring key stakeholder interventions are meaningful by using representative samples.
4. Analyse and report
Ensuring the report and presentation appropriately enhances the Board's understanding of its named areas of focus and identifies evidence-based recommendations for improvement and development.
