Recent legislative changes and a greater focus on population health outcomes require new styles of leadership and new ways of working that prioritise collaboration and integration.


But developing these against an operational context of increasing service demand, continued post-pandemic pressures and workforce shortages can be a significant challenge.

Arden & GEM’s Leadership Development support helps leadership teams to navigate new structures and responsibilities – including ICBs, provider collaboratives and specialised commissioning delegation – effectively and confidently. We work in collaboration with leaders to assess emerging needs and co-create a programme of work that develops peer to peer relationships, offers mentoring and coaching, and builds leadership capability and capacity.
