The Complete Care Community programme will take over ‘The Future of General Practice’ Keynote Theatre with a series of presentations during the first day (13 October) of Best Practice at Birmingham NEC.
Complete Care Community is an innovative national programme designed to support health systems utilise Primary Care Networks in tackling health inequalities. Delivered by Arden & GEM and Healthworks, with clinical leadership provided by Professor James Kingsland OBE, the programme centres on working with Primary Care Networks to identify the key health inequality challenges faced by local populations, in particular those associated with the wider determinants of health, that require collaborative working with local councils and other agencies.
The programme of speakers, arranged by the Complete Care Community project team, includes a ministerial address, Stephen Dorrell, Dr Bola Owolabi and Professor James Kingsland. Five sessions will be delivered that inform delegates about the latest developments and best practice in tackling health inequality:
