We are pleased to share our annual review for 2017/18.

Over the past 12 months we have been privileged to be appointed by a number of new customers, including Norfolk, Waveney and Essex CCGs, the Global Digital Exemplar (GDE) programme and the Advancing Quality Alliance, to provide a range of health and care systems support services. This has generated £78m in new business.

We have continued to invest in our business intelligence systems and infrastructure, including GEMIMA and the NCDR, and have implemented a more efficient and effective data processing and reporting systems. This has supported our achievement of the NHS RightCare Lead Provider kitemark.

We successfully retained our ISO 9001 accreditation across all main sites, reaffirming our dedication to effective systems and processes that ensure we meet the needs of our customers. This focus on delivering quality services combined with embedding a culture of continuous improvement has seen our average monthly customer satisfaction scores rise from 3.8 to 4 out of 5.

Building on a successful 2017/18, we are committed to continuing to invest and improve over the next 12 months. Our focus will be on delivering high quality services and further increased customer satisfaction. We look forward to working collaboratively with our customers and partners to effectively meet health and care system challenges.
