Representatives from Arden & GEM will be exhibiting at the forthcoming King’s Fund event ‘Primary Care Networks: delivering integrated services at a neighbourhood level’ to share our solutions for transforming primary care including at-scale delivery, operational support, intelligent use of data and embracing new technology.
Taking place in London on Wednesday 17 July this event, hosted by The King’s Fund, will look at how PCNs are developing, the national support as they grow, how some places are already working in this way and the impact that is having on the way services are delivered in neighbourhoods.
At Arden & GEM, we recognise that the process of establishing networks is just the start of the journey and attention will now need to shift onto how the network will truly function. Alongside a focus on leadership and culture development, we can work with networks to consider what relationships have been built, how data is being used to inform decisions, how digital technology is being harnessed and how to move towards a population health approach. We can also help to identify further opportunities within the context of system improvement and transformation.
Representatives from the CSU and Capsticks will be on hand to talk with delegates about how we can help PCNs move from design and development through to implementation of a joined-up model of care for the benefit of local patients. Visit our exhibition stand to learn how our tailored primary care solutions are already helping customers to develop and deliver a vision for local primary care.
