NHS Arden & GEM has joined together with Anaplan to host a series of six focused webinars designed to address the key challenges in NHS planning and decision-making.
Each session provides valuable insights into optimising resources, enhancing patient outcomes and promoting sustainability across care pathways. From managing bed and community capacity to integrating workforce and productivity planning, this series is tailored for NHS leaders seeking to improve operational efficiency and collaborative decision-making across healthcare services.

Session 6: Decarbonising care pathways: aligning sustainability with improved patient outcomes

In our final webinar we will look at the challenge of reducing the NHS carbon emissions, and how care pathway transformation can be the critical route to achieve this.
Experts will share a new collaborative tool which:
- Enables mapping of care pathways, carbon and finance
- Includes scenario modelling to test innovations
- Provides key benefits for decision making on transformation, reporting and accountability for future sustainability.
