Arden & GEM is hosting a free workshop for leaders in NHS trusts and integrated care boards that have an interest in delivering efficiencies through corporate and shared services.
This interactive virtual workshop will provide insights and strategies that health systems can use to streamline and modernise their operations in function including HR, finance, procurement, and IT.
The event will be delivered via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 23 January between 10am and 12noon.
