The Complete Care Community Programme will host a two-day health inequality symposium on Thursday 29th February – Friday 1 March 2024 at the De Vere Latimer Estate, Chesham.
Complete Care Community is a national programme, delivered by Healthworks and NHS Arden & GEM, which supports Primary Care Networks to identify and narrow health inequalities in their local area. The programme encourages local networks to adopt a systematic approach to addressing the wider determinants of health inequalities including using data to inform action.
The event, titled ‘Establishing the evidence and providing the solutions to health inequalities in England’ will provide insight, expert views and opinions and emerging best practice in tackling local health inequality challenges. The event will attract 150 delegates from across the health and care sector including NHS England, ICBs and Primary Care as well as representation from the 60+ demonstrator sites currently involved in the Complete Care Community Programme.
The two-day symposium will bring together a range of experts and thought leaders to explore how new ways of working and designing services can support ICSs in their quest to tackle health inequalities. With confirmed speakers including:
