Effective delivery of CHC services presents a national challenge. Costs are increasing and so is media scrutiny of services being delivered.
NHS Arden & GEM, ExamWorks UK and Mills & Reeve LLP are coming together to host a series of three free morning workshops to support Clinical Commissioning Groups in their challenge to deliver an efficient and effective CHC service.
Covering topics such as how to enable improvements in quality, key areas for saving money and how to stay legally compliant, the workshops aim to equip attendees with practical ideas for service improvement. The three sessions will all run in September:
BIRMINGHAM - Tuesday 5th September
LONDON - Wednesday 6th September
LEEDS - Tuesday 19th September
Starting at 10am and concluding with a complimentary lunch, the workshops will also enable time for participants to network and share experiences and suggestions with each other.
