We have achieved the globally recognised ISO 9001:2008 standard for quality management - the only Commissioning Support Unit to have gained the certification. Designed to help organisations ensure they meet the needs of their customers, the successful certification recognises our effective business management system that ensures consistent service delivery and a drive for continual improvement.
2017 - Winners in the Best Internal Communications category for our 'Focus on Mental Health' e-learning and internal communications package, commissioned by NHS England to better equip 111 call handlers.
2017 - Winners in the Collaborative Procurement category for leading a successful partnership approach to delivering direct commissioning support to NHS England, in partnership with North East London CSU, South Central & West CSU and North of England CSU.
2016 - Commended in the NHS Finance category, following selection from an expert panel, for our work to procure a new Child Health Information Service in the West Midlands.
2016 - Winner of the Procurement and Supply Chain Management Collaboration category for our project to improve community services across Nottinghamshire, working with six Nottinghamshire CCGs, Nottinghamshire County Council, Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Nottinghamshire Hospice.
2016 - Our service transformation team were Highly Commended in the Acute, Community and/or Primary Care Services Redesign category and shortlisted in the Innovation in Mental Health category. Our Clinical IT team were shortlisted in the Enhancing Care by Sharing Data and Information categories.
2017 - Shortlisted in the Value and Improvement in Procurement category for our collaborative partnership to improve community services across Nottinghamshire.
2016 - Winners in the Value and Improvement in Procurement category, in recognition of our project to support NHS England in the procurement of a new solution for the 12 Child Health Information Services (CHIS) operating in the West Midlands.
2016 - Shortlisted in the Innovation in Service Redesign category for our project with Coventry & Rugby CCG to redesign and implement a new specialist mental health service to support women with perinatal mental illness.
2017 - Shortlisted, as part of the Arden and Solihull Transforming Care Partnership, for a collaborative project that completely transformed services and improved care for people with complex learning disabilities and autism across Coventry and Warwickshire.
